In this paper, the authors compare two main views that have been presented in this regard in the 20^th century. Larry Hickman, the American pragmatist philosopher, while accepting the concept of technoscience, introduces Thomas Kuhn as one of its opponents. Here, the authors investigate Kuhn&rsquo;s reasons for rejecting the unity of science and technology and then criticize his view based on the fundamental principles of Hickman&rsquo;s philosophy in defense of the concept of technoscience. Their main argument is that Kuhn&rsquo;s view, although branded as a finding in the history of science, enjoys an ideological nature and weakens the objective bases of science. The significance of Hickman&rsquo;s view lies in the fact that, relying on Dewey&rsquo;s philosophy, he introduces technoscience as a teachable and, thus, manageable field.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp; </span></span></p> <p class="a" dir="RTL" style="line-height: 95%; mso-pagination: widow-orphan;"><span lang="FA" style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 95%; font-family: 'B Mitra';">مفهوم &laquo;تکنوساینس&raquo; بعنوان یکی از مفاهیم محوری در فلسفة فناوری قرن بیستم، در چند دهة اخیر با توجه به نگرانیها دربارۀ ظهور هوش مصنوعی، بار دیگر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این نوشتار دو دیدگاه اصلی را که در اینباره در قرن بیستم مطرح شدند، با یکدیگر مقایسه میکند. لری هیکمن، فیلسوف پراگماتیست آمریکایی، ضمن پذیرش مفهوم تکنوساینس، تامس کوهن را مخالف این مفهوم معرفی میکند. در این مقاله، دلایل کوهن برای مخالفت با پیوند علم و فناوری بررسی میشوند و سپس با استفاده از مبانی فکری هیکمن، دیدگاه تامس کوهن را نقد میکنیم و از این مفهوم دفاع خواهیم کرد. استدلال اصلی اینست که دیدگاه کوهن، با اینکه با برچسب تاریخ علم ارائه شده است، ماهیتی ایدئولوژیک دارد و مبانی عینی علم را تضعیف میکند. اهمیت دیدگاه هیکمن در اینست که با تکیه بر فلسفة دیویی، تکنوساینس را قابل آموزش، و بنابرین، قابل مدیریت میداند. </span></p> http://hop.mullasadra.org/en/Article/Download/46783
